all in all, it was excellent base for traveling to cucuta. a double room was air-conditioned. location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant as well as centro comercial ventura plaza.

During our stay, we were happy with the helpful and friendly staff. We liked the proximity of the shopping center, only a short distance away. Additionally, the pool area was clean and enjoyable. The restaurant offered tasty Italian dishes that made our stay even better.
We were disappointed to find that some of the rooms lacked certain amenities, such as proper shower curtains, which led to water on the bathroom floor.

I spent my Easter weekend at a hotel in the city. The location was perfect, very close to the shopping mall and several restaurants. Despite the busy area, the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, and I could enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. They offered an excellent breakfast and a clean pool for relaxing.
The hotel lacked some necessary amenities. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, and the floor always ended up getting wet.

Spending Christmas here was amazing! the staff was friendly and welcoming. the pool was clean and refreshing, and the location made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant nearby, which served up some of the best food we've ever had. the beds were comfortable, and the rooms had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel offered a great price, making it an affordable option for families on a budget.
The showers were not up to par. the lack of hot water and a proper shower door or curtain left the bathroom floors a soggy mess.
